WEST EIGHTY ONE has emerged as the freshest taste to hit the popular beach-side location of Williamstown. Now developed into a fully-fledged restaurant through new owners Mario and Adam Sbriglio, West Eighty One now serves dinner four nights a week and has been granted a liquor license to be a fully licensed venue for the first time.
Established in the 1930s as a milk bar, the business had been transformed soon later to a fish and chip shop and local ice-cream café, before the father-son combination refurbished the kitchen, installing cutting edge equipment and serving an exquisite all day breakfast and lunch menu.
Located directly opposite the Williamstown beach, this is the perfect location for not only summer-time drinks, but also to wine and dine after a hectic week at work. Family-friendly and open six days a week (only closed Tuesdays) for lunch and dinner. We hope to see you there!
